With nearly 25 years of experience in the photography industry, Andy Steel brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for enhancing the photographic journey of others. His role as Photography Events and Marketing Specialist at Park Cameras sees him coordinating in-store and on-the-road events, collaborating with photographers and key brands, while producing engaging content through adverts and emails.
Andy’s career journey has spanned various roles, including working on the shop floor at Park Cameras’ former Haywards Heath store and supporting customers from the contact centre. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the industry and how it has evolved from the early 2000s to today.
Nick’s photography achievements include a front cover for National Trust Magazine and a feature as the National Trust’s 125th anniversary image. He is also a National Trust permit photographer, with work showcased in various magazines and books, as well as through a licensing agency.
Passionate about travel photography, Andy enjoys connecting with customers and helping them discover something new, whether it’s through an event, a great deal, or simply sharing his expertise. His attention to detail and commitment to creating memorable experiences make him a key contributor to Park Cameras’ mission of inspiring creativity and supporting photographers of all levels.
