GoPro Protective Housing for Mission 1 Series Summary
The GoPro Protective Housing for MISSION 1 Series provides additional protection and deeper waterproofing for compatible GoPro MISSION 1 cameras during demanding outdoor and underwater filming. While the cameras themselves are already waterproof, this housing extends protection to depths of 60m and adds a tougher external barrier against mud, debris and impacts during more extreme activities.
The housing maintains access to key camera functions including the front LCD screen, while the flat glass lens helps preserve image sharpness above and below water. Built-in dual mounting fingers also support both horizontal and vertical mounting orientations without requiring additional accessories, which is particularly useful for creators producing social-first content. The included Skeleton Backdoor improves microphone access and touchscreen usability for dry-land filming where full waterproof sealing is not required.
