The bright, 19-inch 4K HDR DCI-P3 touchscreen provides a detailed view for evaluating every shot. Its rugged construction and rack-ready design make Shogun AV-19 monitors ideal for control rooms, OB vehicles, video villages and on-location production. Calibration you can trust
Both models support professional calibration using compatible Calibrite Display Pro HL and Display Plus HL probes, the Atomos Calibrator app and the Atomos calibration cable (ATOMCAB018, sold separately). This helps maintain consistent, dependable HDR and Rec.709 monitoring across production environments.
Built for racks, flypacks and location production
The rugged chassis and standard 19-inch 7RU form factor integrate easily into production racks, control rooms and OB vehicles. For portable operation, the optional custom flypack provides a protected, production-ready solution that can move quickly between studios, venues and locations.
Dedicated production monitoring
Shogun AV-19M concentrates the core monitoring capabilities of the Shogun AV-19 series into a dedicated monitor. It is an ideal choice for productions that already have established recording and switching systems but need accurate, large-format monitoring for NDI, SDI or HDMI sources.
Monitor one NDI source or view four
Receive NDI® HX3 video over Ethernet and view a single source full-screen or bring up to four NDI sources together in a quad-view layout. This gives production teams a clear overview of multiple networked feeds without requiring a separate multiview system.
A focused monitoring solution for permanent or portable installations
With no integrated recording or live switching, Shogun AV-19M provides a streamlined solution for production galleries, control rooms, OB vehicles and video villages. Its rack-ready construction also makes it well suited to portable flypacks for live events and location production.
Professional audio monitoring
Monitor audio embedded within SDI, HDMI or NDI video, with on-screen meters, built-in speakers and headphone monitoring. Professional XLR connectivity supports integration with established production audio workflows.
Live switching and routing
Monitor, record and switch up to four SDI camera feeds via touchscreen or assignable function buttons. For IP-based workflows, Shogun AV-19 can receive and transmit NDI® HX3 video over Ethernet, allowing it to monitor a single NDI source or display up to four NDI sources in a quad-view layout. NDI sources cannot be combined with SDI or HDMI feeds within the same quad-view.
Program and ISO recording
Record up to four individual SDI camera feeds and a fifth program output simultaneously, simplifying both live production and post-production. Each isolated source is preserved for post-production while the switched program recording provides an immediately available version of the live production.
Professional production codecs
Record production-ready Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, Avid DNx or H.265 files directly from compatible SDI and HDMI sources. The range of codecs gives productions the flexibility to prioritize image quality, editing performance, recording duration or file size. Codec availability, resolution and frame rate depend on the source, recording mode and media performance.
CFexpress and USB-C recording
Record to internal CFexpress Type B media or compatible external USB-C storage. Flexible media options make it easy to adapt Shogun AV-19 to studio, live-event and on-location workflows while enabling a fast handover to post-production.
Playback and camera control
Review recorded material directly without transferring files to another device. For compatible cameras, intuitive on-screen controls provide access to settings including white balance, aperture, shutter speed or angle, ISO, and touch-to-focus on supported cameras.
Professional audio
Capture 24-bit/48kHz PCM audio using two balanced XLR inputs with 48V phantom power for compatible microphones or line-level sources. Gain controls, meters and per-channel delay adjustment help maintain accurate synchronization and recording levels. Balanced XLR outputs, embedded HDMI and SDI audio, built-in speakers and a headphone connection provide comprehensive audio routing and monitoring.
Built for broadcast, production and live events
Events
Shogun AV-19 monitors provide bright, dependable monitoring for live productions where clear images and rapid decisions are essential. Shogun AV-19M serves as a dedicated NDI, SDI or HDMI production display, while Shogun AV-19 adds integrated SDI switching, ISO recording and program capture.
On set
Both models provide a large-format viewing station for directors, DITs, camera crews and clients. Their professional monitoring tools make it easier to assess exposure, focus, colour and framing, while Shogun AV-19 adds immediate playback of recorded takes.
Video villages
The bright 19-inch touchscreen gives key members of the production team a clear, shared view of the image. SDI, HDMI and NDI connectivity provide the flexibility to work with conventional camera feeds or networked sources, depending on the production environment.

Condition guide
Our used products are subject to wear and tear in comparison to brand new products. This also applies to accessories that are supplied with the camera including batteries which may have a lower optimum performance level/life expectancy.
- Like New – The equipment is in a condition as if you have just bought it from the manufacturer. The item is still considered to be ‘Like New’ even without the original packaging and accessories. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect working order. Lenses are optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Excellent – The equipment should be close to being ‘Like New’ but there may be some small cosmetic blemishes that lower its grade. The product has been fully tested and is in perfect excellent order.
- Cameras – Should have no marks on the LCD screen
- Lenses – Should have no marks on the elements and optically clear. There may be light dust present that will not effect the imagery.
- Very Good – The equipment may have some slight cosmetic wear to the paintwork and cosmetic blemishes with only light signs of use and the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – The LCD screen may have small signs of wear that does not affect its display
- Lenses – The mount of the lens will start to show signs of wear
- Good – The equipment is showing more obvious signs of cosmetic wear and blemishes, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen may have scratches or wear that is starting to affect the display.
- Lenses – May have slight dust inside that does not affect images. The mount shows signs of use.
- Well Used – The equipment will show significant signs of wear. The paintwork will be coming away in large areas exposing the metal work, but the product has been fully tested and is in great working order.
- Cameras – LCD screen is heavily worn either by de-lamination or has scratches to it. Rubber grips are starting to come away from the body.
- Lenses – The lens has dust inside that may affect images. The rubber zoom/focus ring is coming away from the barrel of the lens.
